Tonal partnered with STM to increase brand awareness in Chicago and drive traffic to their new retail location at Westfield Old Orchard. We developed a city-wide strategy combining high-impact formats with mass-reach media, including programmatic digital out-of-home (pDOOH). Campaign measurement showed strong results — a 45% lift in web traffic and a 20% lift in in-store visits among consumers exposed to the campaign.
